Training That Works!

It has been said that common sense is not common practice. In other words, knowing something is not the same as doing it.

Most organizations have experienced this. Take highly intelligent, highly motivated people, put them in a workshop, teach them the skills to improve performance back on the job, and the next day, before coffee break, they are doing the same behaviours as before.

Our training approach works to help make the changes necessary get people to stop old behaviours and start the new ones they learn in our workshops. We use a facilitated, organizational change approach to make the behaviours stick.

What this means is that instead of using a standard, off-the-shelf training program for your group, we customize the program specifically for you. This involves meeting with you, and exploring what you need and want - what problem do you want the training to solve?

Then we produce a topic outline for your approval. Once we have an agreement on what the topics are going to be, we deliver the training.

In our sessions we use a highly-interactive, facilitated, participant centered approach. They are NOT sit and listen sessions. We keep people awake, highly engaged and learning.

We also work with you and participants to identify how they will implement what they've learned.
