Program Design & Development

As the name suggests, we can design or develop a training program specifically for your organization. This could involve starting from scratch as in identifying the training need, the content, the lesson plan, and either delivering it for you or teaching your staff to deliver it.

It may also be taking your content (as in a procedure manual) and design and effective training program around it.

Or it may be just taking an existing training program and making it more effective by upgrading it.

Sometimes it may be developing alternate forms of delivery, such as classroom or static delivery such as electronic form (DVD, intranet, or internet).
